Return Policy

At Shashan Organics, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

**Return Policy:**
We provide a 5-day exchange/return window from the date of receiving your item. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at CUSTOMER@SHASHANORGANICS.COM within this timeframe.

**Eligibility for Exchange/Return:**
- Your item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return.
- Please ensure that you provide the invoice at the time of return pickup.
- Once a product has been used, it becomes ineligible for exchange or return.

**Allowed Exchanges/Returns:**
Exchanges or returns are permitted in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, or you have received the wrong item.
- The product's seal is not intact upon delivery.
- The product has expired before delivery.

**Return Process:**
If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from the same address it was delivered to. You will be notified of the expected pick-up date.

**Exchange Process:**
In the case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.

**Cancellation Policy:**
- We accept order cancellation requests only if the product has not yet been shipped.
- Upon cancellation approval, you are entitled to a refund of the entire amount.

**Refund Process:**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
